So that CRX I mentioned last night is still available. I’m going to go look at it Sunday when the seller gets back to town. It's so so pretty. 1985 here I come!

Oh hell yes. I kind of forgot how much I like a clean, stock CRX. I only ever see heinously modified ones

Indeed. They're getting harder to find so I decided if this is my chance to get one, I'm gonna take it.

You made me check craigslist, this is the only first gen near me http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/van/cto/575221…
Not bad

Not bad at all. I wonder what brake work needs to be done. If it's just a soft line spilt, or hard line rusted, than its both and easy, and cheap fix.

Zoidberg with his Toyotas and now you. Now all we need is someone who wants a Nissan Stanza and the triangle will be complete.

Is there any Mitsubishi nerds around? I might have Galant VR-4 for sale soon.

I find that the earlier CRXs, like this one, are not anywhere near as popular with the stance-ricers as the later ones.

Yeah it’s hopefully nothing too extensive, but stating that it’s “probably a parts car” worries me a bit

I much prefer the 90s one, but this looks incredible.

Replace CRX with “every Japanese car” and you have my life in a nutshell

Yeah if I could find a clean 88-91 CRX or Civic hatchback, or a reasonable price I'd snatch it up, but living in Northern Wi they're all either rusted away or over priced. There is also a teal 91 Civic Si for sale near me, but it's 1300 dollars more, and have several rust spots, holes, not just surface rust.

Minnesota, eh? You have to promise to keep her safely off the streets when there’s snow or salt.

If I can convince my wife to let me keep two cars I'll put collector plates on the CRX Ans everything will be okay. If not I'll be getting opundercoating, asap,

If you don’t find a clean one, but it anyway and move the engine behind the seats where it belongs.

They’re too busy arguing with SubieBros about which vape pen is best.

Love it. First car I bought with my own money as a youngster was a 1985 CRX SI. A few years later, I bought a ‘90. Such awesome, fun little cars! Good luck!!

Thanks. Had a 91 Civic hatch that I loved dearly, and its wasn’t even an Si. I've wanted another one ever since I lost it but haven't been able to find one. So last weekend I searched for CRXs instead of Civics and found this.

I said nerds not bros. although most of the DSM and Evo crowd are of the bro variety.

I just looked it up on craigslist (I’m in MN). Holy crap, how is it so stock and so cheap? I thought that didn’t exist anymore. Maybe it would look good next to my 1985 Fiero... ;)

Well if I don't buy it tomorrow I'll let you know.
